Production Manager is a great role for anyone who is interested in getting experience behind the scenes without the stress and commitment of a designer role or bigger production role. If you're interested, please read the Production Manager manual linked here, and if you believe you can meet the expectations listed in the manual, reach out to a production you'd like to be involved in!

 

About Her (October 13th/14th, '92 Theater)

As a woman of color is telling the story of how she met her husband, we hear from her neighbors and what they think is going on in the home and in their relationship.

Almost Maine (October 27th/28th, WestCo Cafe*)

Underneath the hazy glow of the northern lights, several residents of Almost, Maine miraculously all experience a simulated moment of pure, unfiltered emotion. Only this time, they’re puppets.

Bad Jews (October 27th/28th, '92 Theater)

Bad Jews by Joshua Harmon ran off-Broadway in 2013 and follows two cousins—Daphna, the volatile and unbending "Real Jew", and Liam, the entitled and equally stubborn "Bad Jew"—engage in a vicious battle the night after their grandfather's funeral. A fierce, biting comedy about family, faith, and what you choose to believe, when you're chosen.

Bonar! (November 3rd/4th, '92 Theater)

BONAR! is an original musical written by Noah Frato-Sweeney that satirizes the famous prominent political musicals Wesleyan knows and loves. Bonar Law (A real person who served as Britain's prime minister from 1922-1923!) navigates his affair with his main political rival, his best friend's organization of the women's suffrage movement in Britain, and the treacherous plots of Winston Churchill.

Much Ado About Nothing (November 10th/11th, WestCo Cafe*)

“Much Ado About Nothing: a y2k explosion of teenage drama, but make it Shakespeare.”

Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 (November 17th/18th, '92 Theater)

Written by Dave Malloy, Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812 is an electropop opera based on a scandalous slice of Leo Tolstoy’s War and Peace following Natasha's affair with Anatole and Pierre's search for meaning in his life.

The Nutcracker (December 1st/2nd, Beckham Hall)

We are putting on Act II of The Nutcracker to tell the classic holiday story and get everyone into the holiday spirit before the break! It will also be a way to showcase the ballet talents of the students of Wes and give less experienced dancers the experience of being in The Nutcracker!
